Cancellation Horse Ride
A cancellation fee of $30 will be deducted from the client’s refund – per horse booked. This refund only applies if the client cancels at least 72 hours before the horse trek.
Cancellations/Reschedules with less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations/Reschedules within 24 hours of departure or no shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
A cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted from the client’s refund. This refund only applies if the client cancels at least 5 days prior to Arrival.
Cancellations/Reschedules with less than 5 days but more than 72hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations/Reschedules within 72 hours notice or no shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
All riders are required to sign a Waiver Form.
STONE HILL horse trek reserve the right to cancel your tour at any stage if you fail to follow all instructions during the tour.
We supply helmets in three different sizes. You may of course bring your own helmet if you have one. For safety reasons you must wear shoes that cover and protect your whole foot. Please bring a raincoat or wind-jacket for 'just in case'.
EFT-POS and Credit Card facilities are NOT available on site. Bank transfer details / Paypal are available after we confirm a booking, please ensure you allow enough time for the payment to be received.
